Mandate of the Laboratory:	The Agency for Plant and Animal Health Regulation and Control - AGROCALIDAD, a public institution attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, is in charge of the control and regulation for the protection and improvement of animal health, plant health and food safety.
Role in the farm-to-fork chain:	The Livestock Products Contaminants Laboratory, offers analysis of veterinary drugs residues , to external customers in the agricultural sector of the country and for support internal activities of AGROCALIDAD, including programs for surveillance, prevention and control of food.
National Reference Laboratory:	The livestock products contaminants Laboratory is the national reference laboratory of AGROCALIDAD for analyse veterinary drugs residues in origin animal products.

Mandate of the Laboratory:	La Agencia de Regulación y Control Fito y Zoosanitario – AGROCALIDAD una institución pública adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, es la encargada del control y regulación para la protección y el mejoramiento de la sanidad animal, sanidad vegetal e inocuidad alimentaria.
Role in the farm-to-fork chain:	Brinda servicios de análisis físico, químicos en etapa primaria de producción de alimentos, balanceados, vegetales, frutas, piensos, agua. para asegurar la inocuidad delos alimentos.
National Reference Laboratory:	El laboratorio de Bromatología es el laboratorio de referencia Nacional, en él se determina la calidad físico-química de los alimentos en su etapa primaria de producción. Los resultados de análisis bromatológicos son utilizados por la Agencia para monitorear y mejorar la inocuidad de los alimentos a nivel nacional.

Mandate of the Laboratory:	La Agencia de Regulación y Control Fito y Zoosanitario – AGROCALIDAD una institución pública adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, es la encargada del control y regulación para la protección y el mejoramiento de la sanidad animal, sanidad vegetal e inocuidad alimentaria.
Role in the farm-to-fork chain:	Brindar servicios de análisis de calidad físico, químico y calidad higiénica de la leche cruda en la etapa primaria de producción para asegurar la inocuidad.
National Reference Laboratory:	Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, emitió el Acuerdo Ministerial 394 para REGULAR Y CONTROLAR EL PRECIO DE LECHE CRUDA PAGADO EN LA FINCA AL PRODUCTOR Y PROMOVER LA CALIDAD E INOCUIDAD DE LA LECHE CRUDA, el cual determina que “Agencia de Regulación y Control Fito y Zoosanitario – AGROCALIDAD a través de su Laboratorio de Control de Calidad de Leche será la encargada de registrar y verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los laboratorios para el control de calidad de la leche cruda, sean estos privados o públicos, basándose en las normas nacionales e internacionales utilizadas para los análisis que permiten determinar la composición química y calidad higiénica de leche cruda”

Mandate of the Laboratory:	The Agency for Plant and Animal Health Regulation and Control - AGROCALIDAD, a public institution attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, is in charge of the control and regulation for the protection and improvement of animal health, plant health and food safety.
Role in the farm-to-fork chain:	Provides microbiological analysis services at the primary stage of food production, balanced, vegetables, fruits, feed, water. Activity based on compliance with national and international regulations, which along with the use of modern equipment, standardized processes and under continuous improvement policies, have allowed us to provide confidence in the quality of our tests, these being recognized by the certification based on the ISO 9001: 2008 standard and criteria referenced in ISO 17025, which ensure the technical competence of our tests.
National Reference Laboratory:	The Microbiology laboratory is a national reference in the area of analysis of microbiological contaminants in primary foods and resistance to antimicrobials (RAM)
