 Mandate of the Laboratory:

 The mission of the Bromatological Laboratory of the Intendencia
 de Montevideo is to conduct tests and controls, in order to
 contribute to the institutional policy of food security, in the pursuit
 of safety and authenticity of the food consumed by the population,
 and  monitor compliance with the requirements and specifications
 established in the legislation.

 Solid Phase Extraccion – GC/MSD; QuEChERS-GC/MSD; 
 microWave Digestion-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry; HPLC-
 DAD; ELISA; BAX systems and ISO analytical techniques.
